Overview

The Developer of Learning, Experience and Programming is responsible for the development and implementation of school and teacher programs that support OMCA’s brand as a museum, garden and gathering place and advance its social impact of building trust, understanding, and connection between people and communities. The position develops a range of offerings in collaboration with OMCA staff, volunteers, and community partners that connect K-12 school audiences to the Museum’s exhibitions, core galleries, and collections. The position works in partnership with a unit of Program Managers and Program Developers who work cross-functionally and support a cohesive slate of programming, learning, and experience activities

Overview

The Associate Director, Marketing Strategy develops institutional digital/content marketing and digital engagement strategies in support of the institution’s revenue and social impact goals. Oversees the development and maintenance of Museum’s owned web properties, the OMCA Blog, SEO/SEM strategy, email marketing, and social media strategy. Position works closely with the Senior Director of Marketing, Communications, & Visitor Experience to ensure the institution's digital advertising programs are integrated with activity on its owned platforms. The Associate Director, Marketing Strategy  collaborates with key stakeholders from across the institution to plan for and support Museum’s digital programming, digital exhibition, and other major content projects in addition to digital evaluation efforts.
