The Facilities Technician will assist with the daily functions of the Facilities and Safety department. At the direction of supervisors, the position supports the Facilities team’s responsibilities for safety and security of the collection and staff, functionality of the physical plant, garden maintenance, custodial, garage operations and event support. This position supports events with project and day-to-day responsibilities leading up to and including event setup, production, and breakdown. In addition, this position monitors and maintains event management calendars and supporting Facilities ticketing platforms for repair and maintenance requests.

The Individual Giving Coordinator reports to the Associate Director of Individual Giving and primarily supports OMCA’s Individual Giving program, encompassing nearly $2M in contributed revenue annually. Included under the Individual Giving umbrella is Donor Forum, OMCA’s membership program that serves members who give $1,500 and above, and Heritage Society, OMCA’s planned giving program. Key functions for the Individual Giving Coordinator include managing regular direct mail and digital communications, designed collateral, donor recognition, prospect research, event support, pipeline tracking, and donor data entry and maintenance. Applicants should be highly organized self-starters who are enthusiastic about providing infrastructure to help meet departmental fundraising goals. Additionally, applicants should be comfortable conversing with donors over the phone, in virtual meetings, and in-person. Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for the work of evolving OMCA’s individual giving fundraising practices to align with the Museum’s evolution to become a more anti-racist museum and OMCA’s values around diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The position is primarily responsible for processing contributions made to the Museum, and Membership and gift fulfillment. This position supports the Development department by providing excellent customer service to members and donors, as needed, and by supporting all efforts to maintain data integrity in our Raiser's Edge database.

The Event Sales Manager is responsible for formulating, leading, and implementing strategies to grow revenue through event rentals and supporting event planning with organizational partners as well as serving as the liaison with the Museum’s cafe operator. The position solicits and produces income-generating events, maintains relationships with clients and vendors, manages budgets, and manages staff. This is a full-time and salaried position, requiring event support on nights and weekends (2-3 times per month). This position is not expected to work more than 5 days per week.

The Institutional Giving Associate is a member of the grants team, working to support fundraising from foundations, government agencies, and corporations. This role will be responsible for managing reporting for grants as well as writing grant proposals, communicating with Foundation and Corporate grant officers, and directly soliciting gifts less than $25,000. The individual in this role will be a strong writer with good attention to detail, and will be excited to work cross-departmentally to garner the necessary information for grant reports and proposals. General prospect research and Development Department support may also be required.
