The Developer of Learning, Experience and Programming is responsible for coordination and implementation of public programming, interpretive and experience initiatives, and educational activities that support OMCA’s brand as a museum, garden and gathering place and advance its social impact of building trust, understanding, and connection between people and communities. The position develops a range of offerings in collaboration with staff and community partners that connect audiences to the Museum’s exhibitions, core galleries, and collections. The position works in partnership with a unit of Program Managers and Program Developers who work cross-functionally and support a cohesive slate of programming, learning, and experience activities.

To be a qualified candidate for either of these positions, a willingness to support all areas (Learning, Experience, and Programs) is required, though expertise in all areas is not expected.
