The four-year part-time, grant-funded Objects Conservator is responsible for object-centered conservation planning, surveys, and providing input on related grant proposals and activities; and carrying out skilled conservation treatments on three-dimensional objects in a variety of materials, whether for maintenance or responding to damage/deterioration. The position will assist in providing oversight of the physical collections (more than 2 million objects) by monitoring environments, pest activity, and advocating for proper handling, packing, shipping, storage, and display.
Start date for this role will be July 12, 2024.
The Development Operations Specialist is responsible for the administrative application of the Raiser’s Edge database to support the fundraising activities of OMCA. Working across the Development team, this position manages the database to ensure data integrity, supports the integration of other organizational software and systems and produces regular and ad hoc fundraising reports and queries. This position also supports cross-departmental administrative activities as necessary, including donor events and OMCA’ s annual fundraiser.
The Desktop Support Specialist provides internal support for the Museum by configuring, installing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software systems and related components, as well as providing first level helpdesk support and troubleshooting.
